I believe society and media have gradually turned sex into a very casual thing for many people today. I believe that sex is something that unites two people (man and woman relationship) and that unity is for life. But many people dont see it that way any more.

I believe love and affection unites two people, (man, woman - man, man - woman, woman) sex is just the fringe benefit.

Although I'm still young and stupid, I've done well for a 22 year old Canadian male. Apart from all the things I've succeeded at, I've always had a hard time with women. My last three exs were cheaters and the ones before them basically just wanted the sex out of the relationship. I'm not saying that women are to blame (easily could be me). Thanks to the modern media, sex has become accepted as a casual activity.

When I said that this could easily be me, I'm looking at the fact that everyone views me as "boring" and "old". It's true, I don't get out much, I'm set in my ways and absolutely everyone I know says I've got the maturity of a 40 year old man.

Young people don't want to grow up and take responsibility any more. As I said, the modern media has done this by blasting comments like "live your own life", "enjoy yourself", "just do it" and "treat yourself". I'd rather see peoples' heads filled with something that has a point to it. "Treat yourself kinda fits into the obesity problem as well.

First - Holy text Of course that can be misinterpreted! Man makes mistakes, it's probably our number one characteristic. We're flawed. So the way people percieve the right and wrong can't be perfect. It can get close though, and that's why I've chosen Christ. Because He is what I believe to be the closest (exact) to the Truth.

Second. If murder or R**e were wrong, wouldn't they not happen either? Think about, there isn't a single person in the world (excluding mentally challenged and the clicnically insane) who could take an innocent child's life or sexual purity without feeling some sense of guilt. That proves that things like murder and R**e are wrong. So obviously, things that are wrong certainly can happen. (homosexuality included)

Lastly, "for the record", I don't force my beliefs on others but I believe anyone has the RIGHT to make their beliefs known. And I already said that homosexuality is no worse than any other sin -- which is to say that it makes me no better than anyone who is homosexual. homosexuality being a sin comes from the Bible (Sodom and Gemorah for starters) so I assume that's where he got it. However the Bible also says that we are not the ones who should judge people, that is for God to do. As for your comment though, you are right, it doesn't hurt anyone.
