  if u want to charge ur cellphone by solar boards, then you have to find a voltage regulator designed only for cellphones.
  have u ever seen the chargers working by 2 AA batteries for cellphones? on every 24 hour markets u can get them.
  so open inside of them u can find a small regulator that one works very good.
  the circuit i showed in video, was the same. feel free if u had question i would try to answer.

  I meant if there is no friction, it is about 7meter/sec, the tires spin at this speed. sure while u put it on the ground the friction cause the speed to decrease down.

Where did you get the solar module and is the motor a solar motor? I have used solar modules on projects but not near the output of your one!
