well..
I guess this is fake.. the positive side of the battery never make contact with the headphone jack because of the tape.. I might be wrong, but that is my thoughts.

Yeah, it's fake
It's obviously fake, scotch tape doesn't conduct electricity, the primary current thing is a load of crap, all the connectors on the headphone jack are being shorted together on the negative terminal, the positive terminal would be touching the positive terminal directly if scotch tape did conduct electricity, and the circuit is still open because the ends of the two batteries are not touching.
In other words the batteries are doing NOTHING! (won't even go flat if you leave them like this all night long)
On top of that if you didn't see the camera change just as it set on fire you must be blind. lol
