first one was a lot better, and such a shame that stupid film by Queen latifa remade it - damn that sucked

The best bit is when the driver hit his head on the roof of the car when he is turning round at around 28 seconds lol, that will keep me amuzed for hours. hehe

The french movie Taxi 2, I love that movie, the first one was a lot better though, too bad hollywood had to make a crappy remake.

Don't watch the crappy American remake with queen latifah and gisele bundchen. Watch the original French movies. They are way much cooler.

but i liked TAXI 3 more

I watch this movie more than 10 times before, my kids love it. American version is the worst movie.

....did any of you guys know that they had made Taxi 3 allready?!?

know if anyone cares, but those who have seen the entire movie will like this little piece of trivia:
In the opening of this movie, the white taxi catches up with a Peugeot 306 rally car driven by a frenchman, and the rally driver says to his co-driver:
-"What the hell, is it Vattanen?" refering to a retired finnish rally driver who holds most victories in the group B division.
Funny thing is; it actually IS Ari Vattanen driving the taxi in that scene, he was one of the stunt drivers!

Also, there were two cars mainly used in the filming; one that was basically just a chassis with wings for the flying sequences, and one for driving.
The one they drove has a 650 (!) bhp V6 from Renault, the very same you'll find in the Renault Clio Sport V6 and it's as fast as it appears!
Lastly, all the chase scenes are done in "scale-motion", meaning that the images are real, and they're actually driving up to 200 kp/h on the roads dodging traffic (also stunt drivers)!
Same technique was used during filming of both "Ronin" and "The Transporter", two excellent movies in the same genre.

Man i didn't know that movie was french. I saw the latifa one. Rather see the original french one. That clip was cool and funny.
