    Not right at all-this kid doesn t know what he s talking about. DO NOT use a key to punch any "bony" part or u will break at least 2 fingers -unless u aim at the throat or a soft part of the body-specially not the head. U kiddos should keep on playing basket ball and NOT try to teach self defense

    for gods sake if you do use keys for that dont hold them as instructed here, you risk the metal key tearing through the flesh between the bones in the hand. Hold it between finger and thumb.

      i think he is holding it right.. palm is pushing the key outward so it is balanced or locked compared to holding the key between finger & thumb.. you are not starting a car here.. :D peace

      Notcie how the key he uses has a big plastic base on the bottom, like a key with a keyless entry built into it. That would work otherwise ur gonna mess up ur hand worse than you will the attacker.
      Necklace knives are way better to carry and use:)
