      I Don't agree with the alleged fundamental reasons for going to war with Iraq (WMD's and the 9/11 links), BUT, I DO agree that Saddam needed to be removed from power for the benefit and progress of the Iraqi people. I just think its a shameful testament to how far we have NOT got as a united civilisation, that we still have to result to blowing eachother up, bombing people into smithereens, shooting people who dont fall into the "right category" and STILL having to result to force to "resolve" problems.

      Apparently, we, the humans, are the intelligent species...

I am an Austarlian and I will be very happy when our troops pull out in July. They should never have been there in the first place. George Bush is just trying to win the war his Daddy couldn't finish. America has spent how many billions on the war. Don't you think that money would have been much better spent helping fix Iraq not blowing it up.
