Black File 7001: Lee Vin Bah, U.S. torture victim seeking asylum as refugee in Canada under protective person's status.

In 1970 the Central Intelligence Agency’s MK-ULTRA mind-control experiment sired an illegitimate mutant offspring under the misnomer title of the Federal Witness Protection Program. Under the veil of national security protocols the WitSec black project continues to conceal the U.S. Government’s legacy of using groups of American citizens as the unknowing test subjects within a laboratory control sample for the applied parameters of clandestine experimentation. Within the WitSec this target group contains 1,080 non-criminal federal witnesses who exist as an unseen minority within the U.S. civilian population. The covert mission focus of the WitSec remains the development of techniques for invisible physical torture, passive methods for assassination, pseudo and vicarious extraordinary rendition, the evolution of virtual death camp environments, and the erosion of the individual sense of self-identity in human beings, which further produces an all consuming existence of adjunct human slavery that leads to self-inflicted harm after the will to live has been lost.
