this is a bad ref, yeah sure the guy deserved a yellow card for kicking the ball away, good call. no way in hell do you ever slap a person in the head and push them and get away with a yellow, that my friend is a deffinate red card, bad call.

I feel this is poor officiating all round! firstly, the striker should not have been penalised for being offside - as he was not when the ball was played. Whether he should have received a yellow card in the 90th + minute for his action is a matter of opinion. Had he kicked the ball away in a dissenting manner, then perhaps yes. The goalkeeper should have been issued the red card for violent conduct - that there is no grey area!

belive it or not i actually watched this game whilst on holiday and both the player and the goalkeeper where sent off but it didnt show the goalkeeper getting the red.Now i play for a saturday league team and when players kick the ball after a referees decision is made it really annoys everyone on the opposite team.They simply do it to let the team get a breather or maybe to waste time if the team are winning in the dying minutes.

The player closest to the sideline was just barely offside as the pass was made, pause the video and check, linesman was right beside him so have to trust his call. Looks like the striker actually got a red card, which is a bit much, unless there was something similar prior to this incident.
