    If this was scripted then the person who owns the parked blue car had to have given them permission to ram his car. You can hear the side window being torn off. The reason that it wasn't more violent is because the younger guy knew that this was an older man. Didn't want to hurt him. The young guy says "see you around" which makes me think that they are either friends or related. Most likely his father!! Ya, i'm going with father and son fighting.
