Soberman, Sidekick and Liquor Dry are three dim-witted superheroes notorious for their attempts to stop the evil of under-age drinking at colleges across America.
Now they attempt to curb the threat at Syracuse University, where they take on the supposed root of the problem, Keg Man. Will our heroes prevail, and save Syracuse University from the wretched grasp of Keg Man? Or will the greedy, villainous Keg Man overcome DICK and continue to terrify the campus by continuing to allow under-age drinking? Find out!!
