Hey guys
The author also has a video on his site that teaches you how to create these animated desktops. I haven't tried it yet, gonna give it a go when i get home. Think ill get my 3yo daughter dancing and use it.

Ohh and at the top right of his webpage you just click on the flag for your language and it translates everything.

- I figured it out
  On the page, scrool down to the video that is about it, and under it it says "Se gostar faÃ§a download aqui.". Click "Aqui" and it'll take you to a download site (in English). Download the file called "Dream Render" (i've check it, it's clean from virus's etc.) Install it and it starts working. To change the animation, right click your desktop and select "Dream Render Settings". In there there is a selection of many different animated wallpapers.
