Thanks God i quit 15 days ago (thanks to the nicotine sticks - it is very helpfull) and it is easier than i thought by having to much baby carrot and drink more water. wish all smokers quit ... Good luck guys

People have been smoking longer than they have been making up fake religions. Get over it, I don't care if you don't like the smell or if a smoker looks mean and scares you or reminds you of someone who was mean to you in high school. I run 15 miles a week and smoke when I go out for drinks with my friends, I ENJOY my life. If you want to complain about everything then stay away from every other country on earth where almost everyone smokes because it's enjoyable and the whiners don't run the country like in America. It only gives you cancer if you sit your lazy ass in a chair and watch tv all day drinking like mast lazy ass amaricans.

I knew all about the health effects smoking caused years before I quit. I stopped smoking because I met this great guy who was a non-smoker. I knew he wouldn't date me because of my smoking habit. Now 5 years have passed. The guy is gone but I'm grateful that he was the factor that made me quit. Whatever the reason may be, even if it's silly, quitting smoking is beneficial to having more quality in life. I don't harass smokers. I still think people believe rude behavior is O.K. toward smokers. I was always careful not to offend others by smoking around them but insults came when it was found that I smoked.

Lesson learned: if you going to smoke 400 cigarettes in 3 hours, don’t boil you lungs when you finish (and where rubber gloves).

For all you that think this vid is scrap then ur wrong and write ur entitled to ur say. but my dad died last week from a life time of smoking he even admitted it befor he died, he was on a concentrator for the last two yrs of his life and was bed bound cos he couldnt breath well. and in 1998 he only had 34% of normal lung function. we all know you know its bad to smoke and i bet the creator of this vid did too but it just makes you think first.

I am glad to live where we have the right to choose. I just wish that there could be some law passed that everyone that smoked would have to smoke in an air tight chamber that would fliter the air before it was released. My neighbor smokes and I can't even enjoy my lanai becuase his stinky smoke comes over the fence.

first of all I do not smoke, secondly this is not realistic. not all of the cigarette smoke goes into the lungs, most is exhaled and most of which that is goes into the lungs is filtered out over time. The experiment doesn't take that into mind

Most of you don't know that the tar by itself isn't the main reason for lung cancer. Cigarrete gives off radioactive substances and that leads to lung cancer. If you don't believe google it.
