Good technique. A couple of things though. Rope is misspelled when you wrote, what can you do with a roop?, and you should work on your landings. I noticed the way the video was edited. The scene would cut to another clip before youÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ve stuck the landing. Many times you could tell it was a bad landing or you were going to fall before it would jump to the next scene. Again, good job.

  He did not speed it up.
  At most, he slowed certain parts down.
  
  Sometimes the human body does things so un-usual that the average, non-athletic fellow thinks it is fake, or altered in some how to make it seem like more than it is.
  
  I one time took a stick and spun it in my hands so fast it was like watching the blade of a fan on high, and someone said I sped up the video when I showed them.

- Hmmm...
  I usually watch a lot of Bboy ("breakdance") type clips and this artist appeared to be moving faster while in the air at times then normal. It must just be the amount of frames per second the author of the clip chose to use.
  
  I'm no newcomer when it comes to performing athletically though, haha.
