  my family went through the whole ordeal without leaving. my uncle is a fireman and they stayed at the department, which still totally flooded, but stood its ground.
  
  in my videos i have a montage of the area i used to live a month after the hurricane hit when we returned to take a look at everything.
  
  completely devastated, every house, boat, even the huge bridge. all gone. very sad
