Totally inaccurate
This tech support guy speaks english clearly, and can understand english. Only in a utopian society will this ever happen! lol if you've ever called tech support, you pretty much have to understand Indian to get any help!

  A P45 is a statement of the amount of Income Tax a person has paid during their period of employment. When said person leaves their job, their employer presents them with the form which they then hand on to their subsequent employer in order to avoid paying tax at an emergency rate. In the UK, 'getting your P45' is often used euphemistically to say 'getting fired'.
