William Boyd, of Wild West fame as cowboy Hopalong Cassidy, stars as an overreaching reporter in Go-Get-‘Em Haines. Boyd trails a big business tycoon aboard a luxury liner. On board, Boyd gets caught up in the festivities which include drunken mayhem and impromptu vaudeville-style shows! But the comedy and goofiness get sapped when a man ends up mysteriously murdered . . . . Then Boyd turns detective and Go-Get-‘Em Haines transforms into an elusive whodunit.
