Dubai UAE - Jan 17 2008, Time: 22:20, Number of witnesses: 7 (seven), Number of objects: 4, Shape of objects: Round, Clear skies, 3/4 moon

Orange, round objects coming from 30deg heading 210.
Constant speed different altitude. Presumably outside atmosphere since they dissapeared in the sky instead of the horizon. If they were outside the atmosphere the speed could have ranged in between 10 to 20 thousand Km/hr.
There was at least one flight coming out of Dubai international airport at the moment of the sighting and there were other planes (airliners) in the area.

OMG Genius!!! Almost made my own!
This is, 100% excellent video and more importantly a sound overlay of the most beautiful can lights in a casino like painted ceiling and the "helicopter-one" (sprinkler head) is my favorite part!!!

It seems that everyone that films a UFO does not know how to use a camera!
And you say Jan. 17 2008 and the video says Nov. 22 2007!
