    Yes CCleaner is great also, I use it all the time. I just thought I would show people the complete technical details so that they would feel sure that everything really was deleted rather than relying on a program.

    Have you thought of using CCleaner? I find it much easier since it will also take care of all the MLU lists. Like document history, video history in players and such.

    This works very well to, but its a bit time consuming.
