    if you ever tried this,you know it's B.S.
    tooth paste is too abrasive!
    you might as well use a freaking belt sander!?!?!
    DON'T DO IT!
    i use a dry soft cloth and rub the scratch hard to heat the cd...that will reduce the depth of the scratch and you might be able to copy it.
