My friend (revorick) and I (airmaxx23) bashing our nitro powered radio controlled Traxxas Revo monster trucks. These are powered by 2.3 horse power 40,000 RPM nitro engines and travel over 40 MPH.

I think those things are awsome i was thinking og buyig one but i dont know what kind to get buggy, truck or those road ones? Which one is better??

- You should
  get something offroad capable. i made the mistake of getting a car first and was extremely limited where I could drive it.
  Buggies are faster than trucks but can't go all of the places trucks can.
  I would suggest for a buggy: Traxxas Jato 2.5R (3.3 is too powerful)
  and for a truck: Team Losi LST2
  
  LST2 is expensive though. If you don't have that kind of money, I'd get the Traxxas Revo 3.3

Damn these are graet rc trucks. Graet driving :) Bad thing is they're expensive? 1000$? LoL in my country that's a lot of money. The min. wage here is 80-90 $(a month). 1000$ ... that's what my dad is being paid for his work :O. I want one too! :)

Model airplane engines average 18,000 rpm's...car and truck engine are anywhere from 30,000 to 44,000 rpm's.

  nitro engines are at a 3200 RPM idle , and optimum power is 12,000-30,000... some have a absolute Maxof 42,000... most have a max of 38,000

Geared for power...
They are geared for power not speed...and they only have .18 size small block engines....not .21 big blocks.
Also can you do double and triple backflips with your Schumachers and keep them in one piece?

i have a schumacher fusion 21 that does 80MPH, a schumacher R12 that does about 60MPH and a truck that will do about 65MPH.
