he made the news ..the video was interesting but he wasnt a dick like most cops..very few are as proffesional as he was..and personally i think its because they're scared.And they should be scared..but they should be cool too..just like this guy.

I don't think so. My father is a cop, my brother is a cop, I was raised around law enforcement, most remain professional.
It's just the jackass that makes the news and causes an uproar with the public.

My theory is from the fact that as a former bomb disposal engineer withh 33Engr Regt responsible for the training of law enforcement and military organisations from around the globe in search techniques,booby traps and other fields using intelligence gatherd on the streets of Northern Ireland,I have worked extensively with Jamaican officers US officers ,Canadians and others to name but a few, and have 1st hand,hands on information unlike u,who knows someone who knew someone.So your source is supposition at best and bullshit at its worst,do us a favour kid and button it..ty now sit down and let the grown ups talk theres a good girl.

I have been a BUD's trainer (Basic Underwater Demolition) for 5 years and before that I trained the San Diego Police force, LA Police Force, and very closely with other Police Departments in EOD (Explosive Ordinance Disposal) across the US and I have to say two things: First, most officers I have met were extremely well behaved, calm, cool, and collected under high stress. Most officers remember to use their training in dealing with difficult persons on the streets. Being a police officer immediately puts you in the spotlight for criticism and most of the time anything a police officer doesn't do extremely well is blown out of proportion to make the Police Force look terrible.

Second, as I stated above I have had many years of experience working with demolitions and you say you were in a regiment dealing with "boobie traps". Sir, if you ever worked with any department that called IED's, EFP's, VBIED's, or EO's "boobie traps" then you have obviously created this little "regiment" in your head. Military or not my friend if you have knowledge of explosives use the right terms... even when speaking to the layman...
