A couple falls flat and another is eliminated Tuesday on Dancing with the Stars. Actress Shannon Elizabeth and her pro partner Derek Hough just didn’t make the cut as they performed –what the judges called a gawky and gangly MAMBO. But the tough DWTS panel did say part-one of Monday night’s routine – the TANGO – was the dancing duo’s best performance to date.
