N****r is used by white people to degrade black people. the reason why white people cannot say N****r /Nigga is white people have used this word to try to tear down black people. this is why they get affended when white people say it.

It's not used by 'black' people as a sign of affection towards 'black' people. There isn't unanimity among it's users as to its usage. One thing is clear though. Whether it's spelt with a trailing 'a' or'er', there is no difference in pronunciation and therefore the term is still a perjorative, i.e. offensive. I'm a black guy and don't use it and wouldn't like it directed at me by anyone regardless of their colour. If you examine the clip, there was no affection between the 2 guys who bounced into each other; they used the term dissentfully to put the other down. You wouldn't get a polite response if you said "excuse me nigga" to a 'black' person in a crowded room for example. It's used among mostly young "street" youth who haven't been taught properly at home, and some 'rappers', who use it among themselves and on their records both as a term of endearment and dissent without any discretion. Those same guys will use the term 'bitch' as well when referring to females, which is a derogatory term. But if you have any decency then you won't talk to your mother, sister, wife, gf, or any other female in that way. Please be careful when advising people on such terms.

So that you all can understand. I never said that it was Ok or a sign of affection. Most young black males notice i didn't say females you this word to associate with those they beleive to be suffer through the same struggle that they struggle through. I never said it was ok. What I tried to do and you all need to come out of the suburn areas and realize that there are people in the hood and low income areas who use this word on aregular base not to insult one another and a greeting to opther blacks. I personally believe that using this word and in any form is the same as people who use profanity, they have a small and limited vocabulary and use these words in place of more appropiate words. Why you may disagree with me for my response it proves to me your ignorance by attacking personally about my decency. I never attacked you. But that's what ignorant people do when they can't win the argument or make an intelligent argument. Remember it is a word used to lable ignorant people. So whether you are white , black, arab, mexican, asia, or hispanic of which I am. Some people who have never known you were ignorant or a (Ni_-_er, Ni_-_a, or Ni_-_or) one until you opened up your mouth and removed all doubt. Instead attacking people how about get to them and based on intelligence and experience make a judgement about me. See that takes and intelligence not ignorance.
