What there REALLY is no need for...
... is to list 'grammatical' errors of off-the-cuff speaking. No one speaks perfectly all of the time (do you?); no one is writing "is-is" in papers, research documents, or other formal essays; and--more importantly, I might add--no one cares that people make small grammatical blunders while speaking off-the-cuff. Only the worst grammar snob cares.

- That's not actually a grammar mistake
  Beginning a sentence with a contraction isn't actually a grammar mistake. Winston Churchill wrote that way often, and the Bible is full of contractions at the beginning of a sentence. Look it up on Google.
