    You can amplify the voice using AUDACITY or similar, so the voice can be heard more clearly from the surrounding noise. Get an audio extractor and then use AUDACITY to enhance it. You won't be adding to it, but making it much easier to be recognised. I heard it at the end, but it was hard to hear at the beginning.
