    For me, ex-biker, he was going too fast. The guy should be happy because it coukd have been much worse. He could have been projected over the parapet in the bottom, whatever that may be.
    Already seen twice on Metacafe.

    sorry guys, but I forgot to say that the back tire is what stated it all... the downshift, he shouldn't have dumped the clutch. He'll know better next time.

    what happened is that he geared down when he saw all the crap on the road... problem was it was too late to do anything. he shouldve just let off the gas and rode it through. (hope he's OK, recover soon,.... ride on !!!!!

    What's with you folks?
    If you've never ridden a bike then don't come blaming a dude for crashing a bike that starts wobbling. There is a miriad of reasons for that to happen, look it up, and if it does then you're generally fucked.
    At high speed though, you can stable your bike by using your rear brake only - but if you manage to get your self stable in a turn (as in this video) then you're a f* genious.

      Dude sticks his left leg out as if he was riding a dirt bike. I been riding both dirt and street bikes for over 25 years and have been in many sticky situations and a few accidents myself and looking at this video I can see this guy is a beginner at best and is probably a danger to him self as well as to others around him. He should take a motorcycle skills training class before geting back on the open road.
