I can find no evidence that Jamie Lee Curtis has ever confirmed any medical problem other than she has had a "routine cosmetic procedure." The testicular feminization syndrome is a rumor which may be true--but no definitive evidence has ever been released that I know of. In any case, she's a remarkable comedic actress and quite lovely.
