this isnt reported correctly...
this happened in Orlando Florida (orange County), the person who was pulled over was an ofiicer from Miami (Dade County) quite a distance away. Furthermore the Miami officer was not undercover he was not on duty. The arresting officer's in the video showed great proffessionalism concidering how the suspect was acting.
