      this 4 times, very carefully. maybe my eyesight is failing me, but I didn't see any blinkers on that car at all, whether they be turn signals or emergency flashers. Definetly going too slow, cutting across two lanes of traffic with no signal, not looking before turning (or he'd have seen the biker), and driving with his head up his butt.

          The car driver cut across 2 lanes to stop plus it was travelling too slow in its lane so no not the bikers fault bud.

          Question- if the biker was travelling too fast does that give the car driver the rights to cut the biker up? Gees I'll never ride again
