This little girl was shot when she was three and her spine severed. She's confined to a wheel chair for the rest of here life. Her statement in court may surprise you. In an incredible act of bravery and grace this little girl forgives the guy who shot her in a compelling statement that shocked everyone in the court room.

    Children are very resilient. They adapt to certain situations better than adults do. Yes, she will stuggle through her teenage years - but what girl doesn't? At 6 years old she's already chosen to move on with her life. I'm sure she'll grow into a happy, well balanced adult. And someone is going to fall in love with her for what's in her heart and her head. She'll be okay, she's already got a good head on her shoulders.

  • A miracle

    I think that this level of forgiveness is the result of a very deep faith that must be the living fuel of this mother and her sister in their everyday life. In my opinion, it is what can most righteously be called a miracle, because no one in his right mind would normally expect it to happen.

    It has already be proven in Jesus' times though that not everybody is moved by miracles. The gates of the garden of Eden are always open but no one will ever be tossed inside against his will.

      i saw it on the news , i couldnt beleive what i saw from that young girl and her mom , everybody in the court was stunt , i am sure for us it's hard to do the same , but this daughter and mom did the impossible , they are true heros , GOD BLESS YOU . And that reminds us exactly the same words that Jesus said on his cross .

    I don't have such a big heart. If someone shot my daugther, I could never have forgiven them for putting her in a wheel chair for the rest of her life.
    It would have been easier if it was an accident, or even selfdefence, but like this? Oh man..
    Can she still have kid's?

    And at six years old. She has no idea when she gets oldier. I bet she still won't be forgiving him then. Theres no way I could forgive anyone to be put into a wheel chair for life. Thats like if someone shot one of your family members and there dead. Would you forgive the person who pulled the trigger? I think not. Again, both the kid as well as the mother are too damn soft.

      Its really a peaceful religion. But like christianity, Allah has had his bad days and commanded his people to destroy the heathens.     Shoot the bastard. Forgive him and tomorrow he'll shoot his next victim. You can not forgive a wolf. When someone has the ability or disability to shoot a human being he'll do it again. Take handguns and automatic guns out of people's hands in America. Execute murderers and armed robbers and rapists right away. After five years you can go out at 3am and feel safe in any neighborhood. Take my word on that. I've lived in countries with such system and crime is near zero.
