i looked at it carefully over and over and at the point before the lightning hit it was gone the little flying ball was gone for a split second huh kinda hard to tell ,..but if it were tru why did the person filming not zoom in ,.. i would have done it ,.. but for all we know it could have been some bird flying in the distence that got shot down by lightning ,..who knows ,..thats a noodle scratcher?!?!?

this is a light on the inside of a car being reflected off the window. the flash at the end was a camera flash because if you slow it down you can see the people setting inside the car. can you say April Fools! Believe but don't believe everything.

Could be a person taking a photo behind with the flash and pre flash red eye light on on their camera. The lights are reflecting off the glass window. Just a thought

What you witnessed was the explosion caused by a surge in high tension powerlines. You can just make out the tower in the distance. These surges occur anywhere along the wire where air becomes less insulative combined with a massive power surge (can be caused by a number of things-poor regulation at the power plant is most common).

What you see is a Ball Lightning . I´ve already seen it in Germany . First you see a lightning ball with enormously energy . And when the ball collapses, a strong Plasma-Lightning appears. It´s really crazy. I´m not sure about that, it propably could have been a small green man .

well, I guess this could be easly explained as sawmp gas being reflected off near by radio tower.

this is one of the realer ones. The chances of that white ball being fake, a reflection in the window, or a bird are pretty slim with the chance of it disappearing when lightning hit. its gotta be something non-explainable. UFO classic.

This guy is taking the record through the car window and somebody is lighting a cigarette in the background. It is not even a fake...

Think about a guy who uses a photo camera with its flash light behind the video man. And that guy just takes a photo using the photocamera's flash light. Therefore, the window glass reflects it.

As another post stated this is almost certainly a camera flash. Some cameras dimly light the flash moments before the bright flash during the exposure. You can tell this is a reflection from inside. It follows some of the same movements the video camera did. The sense of depth is given by the fact that the person holding the (assumed) still camera is behind the video camera.

I live in Austin, Texas and every now and then lately the weather has been getting kind of crazy. There was a pretty low overcast that night and my friend was staring directly in the direction that it flew in from. I was looking at the road ahead, but I caught the bright light out of the corner of my eye.

As I turned to focus on it it flashed out with a "womph womph." It filled the car up with a bright ass blue light, and it made my friend who was staring right at it go "AaArgghh." He said that it was a bright ball with stringy, wispy filaments coming off it. It "strobed out" just like that flying ball in the video.

The day before we saw the ball lightning there were some pretty awesome lightning shows, with the same kind of low overcast. This lightning didn't make thunder though, except with the ridiculously large bolts. One of them hit the clouds like a massive hammer, and a ring of lightning went out in every direction as far as I could see.

At that point I stopped thinking lightning was made by clouds rubbing together and probably came from space. Elve's, Sprites and blue jets show us that the energy for this lightning is coming from way, way above the clouds. This ball lightning is crazy as hell, but it looks just like a bubble of this energy.

If you want to get crazy biblical with it, what exactly did our ancient ancestors mean when they said the stars would fall from the heavens?

thats a natural thing called ball lightning. there have been many documented sightings of ball lightning, its very rare and scientist still dont know exactly what causes it.
