Digital cameras leave behind a thumbnail of the original picture, within the picture itself. So if you edited a picture, sometimes You can still get the ORIGINAL from it.

Therefor if you add a censored bar to a topless person, sometimes you can retrieve the original, meaning it would be uncensored.
