actually its a clever design where she actually has more room when its closed then whenits opened believe it or not.. im a magician i know these things..

That's one of my favorite things about this illusion.

angled mirrors under the table which reflect the ground. You will notice all magicians who perform these tricks do so in dark and/or smokey areas so that the reflection is hard to distinguish.

If you think about it, theres only one logical place she could be - in and extruding slightly under the table. Its amazing what the eye can be fooled into believing given the right illusion.

the eyes can be fooled very easily, the shadows of his legs may not have been his legs at all but a very good sincronisation from the gill under the table, as every time he turns the table he puts it on an angle which wud allow the girl to hide behind a mirror and have a spare mirror ready for wen he does the full rotation of the table.....but jus a guess lol

is also that she's lying down in an extruded compartment within the table. It appears to be sufficiently thick now that I take a second look. Not to mention those arced bevels underneath are likely there to hide that fact.

This is a very cleverly designed illusion. Even when you know how it works, it's still hard to believe.

There are many things that add to the illusion. One that isn't often considered, is that when we are trying to imagine a person in there somewhere, the only person visible is David, and David is a tall guy. The girl is smaller than him, but even when you know this and are watching it, we are still trying to picture a person of david's size in there, in the bevel base
