    This is not a hidden soundtrack. I work in a computer repair shop. I hear this sound every time I install Windows XP on a computer. It is the sound that is played when it asks you for the name of the original user accounts and when it asks you to register and activate. The file has to be somewhere on the hard drive to be able to play it. You just found where that was.
