The Matrix is Virtual
And because it is virtual, any of these things would be possible. Otherwise you would have pointed out that there is no such thing as bulet-time...only in the Matrix as well as disappearing holes, bullets, guns, etc. and the ability for anything to be anywhere (or not be anywhere) at any given moment in time. It is all up to the Matrix CPU and programming.

u can find these points on many hollywood movies.
look at No country for old men.
while he wants to open the screws by a coin.
completly out of physic rules. if u try it u will find how...

Another Mistake In The Matrix
In the chapter "Dealing For Bliss" watch Reagan when he is talking to Mr. Smith when he lights the Cigar it is in his right hand and then you see Mr Smith and when you go back to Reagan it is in his left hand... so either it is a mistake or just a fluke.
