A Rare Find" January 25, 1998, I found a very, dark, reddish-brown diamond at the Crater of Diamonds State Park, located in Murfreesboro, Arkansas. This diamond was 155 points. There was a section of this almost, black diamond, that was bright, fiery red. Proud of my find, I showed it off, to a local Rock Store owner, whose immediate reaction, and I quote "this diamond is red, very rare and could be worth a fortune". This statement sent me on a ten-year quest, researching fancy colored diamonds. My diamond has taken me many places, beginning my journey on the Oprah Winfrey Show, February 10, 1998, and a 6 page report from colored diamond expert, Stephen Hofer. My story continues.........I value your comments. If interested, please email or call for appointment as this diamond has to be seen at the Bank Deposit Box during banking hours.
