Intelligence
Had the Buffalos been more intelligent they would have kept the young Buffalo in the center of the herd for protection. Then if any lions got too close just arrange like 20 Buffalo to chase them away. Sure lions have teeth and claws but when an adult Buffalo charges it is clear to see who is the better. Still they did well enough using their more limited intelligence.

Amazing rescue!
The lions may have won the tug of war against the croc but they still lost their meal. I can't believe the young buffalo is still able to walk away after all those bites. GREAT VID!
