      watch it again, and yet again if you have to. The kid yanks the handlebar to the left hard at the right moment... he's probably done it a hundred times, watching other kids do it on their bikes, and someone decided to tape it.
      Thats it. Pls don't read anything more into it, hell I was doing stunts on my tricycle when I was 3 or 4!!! Its just a guy thing...
