The Happening, in Tokyo, Japan took place on April 11th at the Laforet Museum in Harajuko. Presented by Roxy, Quiksilver, Universal Records, Brushfire Records, and the Surf Gallery the event was a great night celebrating art, music, and film. Live musical performances by Jack Johnson, Zach Gill and Matt Costa. There was also a screening of the film Sliding Liberia, by Britton Caillouette & Nicholai Lidow. Some of the artists exhibiting were Scott Richards, Ryan Heywood, Thomas Campbell, and Julie Goldstien.
