Totally ruggedized for combat use with billet aircraft grade aluminum walls 2.5mm thick. The SOT ZYNGER™ is waterproof to 150+ feet and uses the common DL123A-3 volt Lithium batteries for extended operating life. Used in conjunction with night vision goggles (NVG) and other thermal vision devices. IR light sources are used for covert position markers, marking casualty collection points, link-up points, routes, left and right limit markers for crew-served weapon systems, convoys etc.
