this is not a real crash, it's a test of what would happen when such a crash occurs, I've seen he whole video before it shows you the paper-made human figures inside and how they'd be affected, it was to show none of the passengers would get hurt.

  Your video card has the capability of doing this, it's a usefull feature for flipping the display if you were connected to a projector. There are usually hotkeys that wil lenable this feature, and chances are they accidently hit them. Usually, you can disable the hot key combinations from within the video card settings. On my Radeon card, the combo is ctrl alt up (arrow key). Right click on your desktop, select properties from the pop up box, settings, advanced, and look for a rotation tab, or something similar.
