Some facts
Seems to be Finnish Defence Forces, and an obsolete T54/55, see the round blue-white sign on the side of the turret. The person in red suit and helmet is trainer officer for the conscripts. Place is in northern Finland.

the tank
btw the tanks front part was completly blown away also there is no fuel in the tank as it is a dummy tank used for traning perposes. i no this because the army ,an army, would not be so stupied as to send out a guy witha bright orange top on

spike, also knowen as gil is an israeli AT missile, it has a range of up two 8km plus a version that can be mounted on helicopter gunships.
other than the very long range it has the "fire and forget option" plus the operator can choose to guide the missile himself, this way he can switch targets while the missile is in the air or abort if while the missile is on route the operator finds out he was targeting a friendly unit.

- The tank
  Is totally disabled. The projectile peirces the armor then probably incinerates and melts everything inside or explodes inside. Everyone is dead, the tank is no longer mobile or lethal. Hah, it did more just just create sparks! A tank will hardly ever catch fire on the outside from a projectile like that. That's hollywood.

- the purpose of AT missiles and shells
  is not to blow up the tank, the purpose is to penetrate the tank in a small single point and than kill the crew and destroy the electronics, if you ever saw an image of an completly burnt tank it's because the ammo inside the tank blow up after it was hit.
  by the way in the video you can see smoke coming out of the commanders hatch which means the missile penetrated.
