You know that almos every Swiss citizen man has a gun at home? that is because almost all of them go to the army and learn how to handle their guns.
The problem of having people without licenses using a weapon is worse than having people driving without a driving license, flying a plane without a license, being a doctor without a license - there are too many people mentaly and phisically unable to do all those things. Imagin if anyone could be a president of a country for example... (shit... it actually happened in many countries!!!) ok let's stay with guns - let's come back to switzerland then. Do you know how many incidents with guns there are in this coutry where most of the male population and even a high percentage of the female has a gun (but they learned how to use them and have licenses)? pretty much 0! Now compare it to the USA (put it in percentage if you want to make it comparable). Do you know why you need a gun to protect ur home? because everyone can get it. EVERYONE!!! this is sick! Imagine everyone that wants to drive driving without learning? Or flying a plane without knowing how to do? The problem allways come to a same base. There is a general lack of common sense, basic education and especailly respect. Why do you need to have a tool that can kill? Check out england. It works pretty well there with the guns!!! People should have the right to have their gun if they whish so, but they must be conscient of what it means and can do. Accident's happen and it's an ignorant way to die! learn from your own government.

We shoot at each other because the liberal pussies on the courts won't hand out stiff punishments to people who use guns to commit crimes. However, because they hate guns (blaming the gun is a great idea, by the way), if I were to shoot someone who was breaking into my house, I'd get to sign over every possession I have or will ever earn to his family, and spend some quality time in jail. If the assholes that keep voting Democrat could THINK, we wouldn't have these problems- we'd be like Switzerland. Yes, every man, woman and child should be armed at all times. I know that if I were going to rob someone, and figured that chances were 75% or higher that said person, and any bystanders who saw it, were armed, I'd just have to figure out a new way to make money. That's why the violent crime rate in Switzerland is near zero. Check out the crime rates of Israel and Lebanon, too. Armed populaces tend not to go in for that type of thing.

I don't think that there has ever been a documented case of a crime being commited with legally owned machine gun. The vast majority of gun crimes are commited by people who cannot even legally own a gun.
