The inventor of the water fueled car has been killed, is it an unrelated death, or is a plot the oil companies made in order to prevent a better and cheaper replacement for gas to be developed?

IT WAS THE GOVERNMENT
Its so obvious, they said "we are interested" to dodge stupid people from thinking that they killed him. In the US, without OIL of FUEL there is no production, and money. Water is free considering that you could use salt water, and so the government saw him as a threat. I'm telling you this government is becoming fascist.

  The problem is with breaking the water down into hydrogen and oxygen. This takes energy and there are loses accosiated with the conversion. If we relied more on nuclear power it would solve all the problems though...
