    This is a perfect example of "A little information can be very dangerous" As a mechanic for the last 30 years, I cant believe some of this advice is still going around. It isnt 1960 anymore and some of the systems on newer vehicles should not be tampered with by anyone that is not familier with it. High voltage, high preasure and high temps are nothing to mess with. Also keep in mind that if you need power steering fluid, you have a leak! If you need brake fluid, you have a leak! They need to be checked and serviced by a mechanic.
