A good demonstration of the tools, but seriously! S**king the natural out of photographs like demonstrated there will make subject feel less humane and less approachable to the viewer.
If you want definition: add a single "S" curve layer and maybe a little bit of unsharp mask for print material.
Unless you're doing fashion, celebrities or commercial porn, then go all out and airbrush away!

and to me the first one is better than modified one..it's more natural and I love natural faces without any modifying or make-up..
