Not so good
A good demonstration of the tools, but seriously! Sucking the natural out of photographs like demonstrated there will make subject feel less humane and less approachable to the viewer.
If you want definition: add a single "S" curve layer and maybe a little bit of unsharp mask for print material.
Unless you're doing fashion, celebrities or commercial porn, then go all out and airbrush away!
