    can you add a V****a to it? Looks like you might be able to since it has skin ROFL! Jus kidding. Jut wondering if they have ran age tests to see what the average time the skin will last due to Debries, Water, Sun, Rain, temperature ect. Also this would mean that maybe people would be able to steal the Skin and sell it no? That would S**k if you come back to a stripped car.

      If you're thinking of fighting off a car with a knife, you've got more than just a few screws loose!

      (Besides, compare sewing up a tear or gash with repainting after someone keys your car. Even replacing the outer skin might be less time and effort than a new paintjob--money might be another matter, however.)

      Did you even listen to the video? Have you done any research?
      1. the spaceframe under the vehicle is more than capable of handling the crash protection duties without having a mettalic outer skin
      2. The special fabric is supported by a metal wire structure.
      3. to flexible? the not only is the fabric supported by a metal wire structure it activated by hydraulics.
      4. the bonnet is only opened for specific driving conditions (sitting at the lights on a 40 Degree celsius day)

      5. it is only a concept, its more about the idea of moving away from the normal ideas of automotive design as he said at the end of the film "Context over Dogma"

      There's no way it would fit into a washing machine. Can your washing machine fit a family sized tent in it? Having to constantly take it off, take it to the dry cleaners(how long is the wait? A full day?), then put it back on will be much more than just a pain in the...it will be a lot more expensive than just washing a regular car.
