    Its not 3 min
    Its 6 excersizes x 20 seconds = 120 seconds
    120 seconds x 2-3 times repeat
    lets just say 2.5
    120 seconds x 2.5 times repeat = 300 seconds
    now, 300 seconds, devide that by 60 to get the ammount of min
    300/60 = 5 min
    It's a 5 min workout.
