    • Dont do SUPPLEMENTS

      Just eat healthy and workout plenty. American/Canadian diet holds a lot of protein. We are fooled to think we dont get enough so that we buy the product. I have the same structure as you, 6'3 and skinny. Its better that you eat high protein food than take supplements. Right now your metabolism is functioning properly. Supplements can mess that up and in turn your body wont be able to control your fat level once you stop working out. So just do simple workouts daily and eat well. That is all you need.
