is in the missing part of the clip , this driver is not only stupid , he's a criminal for driving the wrong way in the fast lane , i dont know if the incoming cars made it safely by avoiding him , because we can see them coming very fast , i hope he didnt kill anyone , when it was so easy for him to put reverse and back up .

If you at most, the very most ride a bike 3 times a month in your home country for 36 years. And of course never even get to sit in a motor vehical. Then come to the usa, pay off someone for a drivers license and phoney insurance, reg. cards, etc. and jump in a car yell "Cooobaaaa libre' " at the top of your lungs, and dart into traffic. You qualify as a Coooban driver.The absolute worst drivers.

I live in Florida as well, and since I'm a poor college student, I can't afford a car, so I ride around on my bike. I've been hit twice and had dozens of close calls- if I had the money to hire a lawyer, I bet I could have gotten some good money for those cases.

If noone got injured, and only material was hurt, then forget about it - and learn from it. Yea, you may have gotten a shock from it, but it is dangerous to write a motorcycle, and getting out of an accident with only a shock is not only lucky, it is also a lesson.
Take the lesson, don't waste money and time on stupid lawsuits. How would money help you anyway?

In FL you have up to 2 years to file suit.
Call one of those TV lawyers or one with a big add in the phone book.
They charge you nothing but take a percentage of the money, if any, you settle for in court.
Their are a lot of small ruthless lawers in Miami, that work for percentages. And that's what you want a ruthless lawyer, one that won't go for the quick buck.
Alot of Cuban nationals in Miami are incredibly gifted percentage lawyers and are often the ones who take less of your money at the end of the trail. Like a pitbull in the ring they actually injoy the work and won't let go once they bite!
what l say, here ALSO in Miami...... IS THAT THE TRAFFIC IS SO BAD BECAUSE half the people here drove a DONKEY last year! before they sneaked in!

Venezuela is the same way... the funny thing is, they have less accidents. When people cant rely on their insurance to cover the cost of an accident, they pay more attention to the road, regarless of how they drive.

Anyway, most places in Saudi have terrible driving, but it's also true for Philippines, India, Vietnam and many other places.
Im sorry if that came off wrong. I spoke of Venezuela because thats where my parents live, and I have been there many times. I was trying to give props to drivers in other countries.. people dont seem to understand that drivers who take risks aren't always the ones getting into accidents. More times than not, it is the drivers who are not paying attention that get into accidents (regardless of how "safely" they think they are driving).

I was in an accident when a dumbass missed the exit and flew in front of me and stopped/went left of center (there was no center turning lane, cement divider) I had no time to stop and hit his dumbass. Luckily I was driving a big boat of a car (My dad's) and did not get hurt.
